Michael Chisanga Chibomba, better known under the moniker Mikha'el, is a Zambian singer, songwriter, sound designer and producer.
After leaving local college, He started working part-time jobs before he started to experiment with a native genre called 'Kalindula' which he calls 'Kali' for short; fusing it with various genres from Alternative Rock, Hip-Hop, EDM etc.
Mikha'el released his debut studio album 'Close Your Eyes & See', in 2019 and immediately was recognized. Mikha'el's second studio album '28 Pills' was released in 2020; it was supported by two singles; "Shadow" and "I'm Around" which earned him local recognition performances though out the country.
2021, Mikha'el started is own music label 'Music by Mikha'el' as an effort to revive and elvolve native genres like ZamRock, Kalindula etc, he later release two EPs; Blue Chair and Kali Boyz at the end of 2021....more
