Nicklous McCorkle is professionally known as Whyandotte, a rapper and producer from Detroit, MI. Early on in life, Dot wanted to be a professional wrestler, and after realizing that was a stupid idea, he soon pursued other interests. In high school, he started to make beats after being inspired by J Dilla tapes and Lupe Fiasco albums. After learning more and more and becoming more adept at it, Dot decided to rap over his beats, mainly due to his classmates not matching his music with acceptable levels of skill like a true narcissist. Recently his sound has evolved into more of an aggressive tone coupled with introspective lyrics and what some might say is a "proud reflection of his depression".
