Another day of being the floor

Gotta scrub away the grime before they come in the door

The tone never stops, it's cacophonous pain

Degrading my mind, taking power from my brain

We can't take away the cords or the freedom of time

All that we can do is just pile on the slime

And when it dribbles on down, running past the cloth

Then we start it all again, mix it in with the broth

There was a hole here, but it's not for you

The scent is getting thick when you start to chew
