I said once upon a time it was a youngin who was stuck in the dirt

He had a dream but never put in the work

Plus he fighting through depression ain't no question he goin smile when it hurts

Looking for himself now he on the search

Tried to push him back its soo ironic how we always end up in first

Steady preaching time to take them to church

He ain't neva trust nobody they the same so now we staying alert

We goin make it and I know it for sure

And now we got it going on he been working all along
