Turns out, Wyclef jean is Nigerian and is proud enough to let the world know!

The 49-year-old Haitian musician who recently revealed he is Nigerian decided to solidify his ancestry on Sunday, (14.04.19) by jumping on the viral #fvckyouchallenge which was originally done by Nigerian musician Kizz Daniel.

The ‘Sweetest Girl’ hit maker wooed his fans by doing a rendition of the challenge and of course not forgetting his amazing vocals plus the tip of the iceberg, his acknowledgement of his African roots, where he claimed that it was the “return of the Baba’’

The Grammy Award-winning artist who once ran for president in 2010 revealed on social media that his DNA test revealed that he is 100% Nigerian.

The #FvckYouChallenge is becoming an actual thing from Africa to the world with many top African artists having jumped in to try their hand at the hit song. As reported by The Sauce, some of the Kenyan artists who have done covers of the song include Khaligraph Jones, Victoria Kimani, and Kagwe Mungai.
