Announcement Regarding Salary Settlement Issues on Boomlive

We deeply regret the complaints we have received recently from both our hosts and agents regarding salary settlements. Upon investigation, some hosts has misunderstandings of the policy leading to a lack of awareness about certain aspects of the salary settlement process. We would like to clarify the following points regarding salary settlements:
1. Salaries will be settled based on the Bstar balance at the time of deduction on Monday.
2. Due to the inability to deduct already used Bstar, Bstar used for Bcoins will no longer be converted into USD as salary.
*Some hosts and agents who have exchanged all Bstar they have for Bcoin before Monday's deduction will no longer be eligible for settlement.
3. The value of Bcoin obtained through the exchange of Bstar is equivalent to the value of Bcoin obtained through recharge. Accumulated Bstar from Bcoins obtained through the exchange of Bstar will be included in salary settlements and, if not exchanged for Bcoin, will be converted into USD as part of the salary.
4. Bonuses will no longer be issued separately but will be included in the overall salary distribution.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. We are committed to improving our service quality, enhancing our products, and refining our policies to better support every host and agency on Boomlive.

Boomlive, I believe in a community communication is key, the policy is meant to guide agent and host and nothing was communicated to us. I believe doing justice is better than causing harm. This has broken the hearts of your users. You can’t hoard their money when you didn’t notify them prior to the time which means you should take the blame and pay your users their money. Don’t chase people away they will only be the bearer of bad news about boomlive.>

This doesn’t make any sense..... you guys didn’t inform us earlier not to exchange our bstar..... so is better you pay those people salary complete and start the new rules this week>

This is total BS and so unfair. The policy has always been meet a target and you get bonus for that, then the bstars you have left will be converted and added up. So how did you come to whatever bstars is left in your wallet? Then it means no more target, it means do whatever and get paid for it. Your policies are changing every 2 days and it seems like there’s no structure to be honest. Put up a policy that works and stick with it. This is NOT RIGHT
Pay salary and stop all this excuses, communication is the key to every genuine business, if you guys where genuine you would inform your customers on the new policy, this is not a military zone where u raise up every day and issues order without proper informations... So do the needful >
