Vivo Unveils Vivo X Fold+

Vivo held an online launch event today in China where they unveiled another iteration to their foldable smartphone dubbed Vivo X Fold+, the device is an upgrade to the Vivo X Fold released back in April, 2022 and it packs minimal upgrade.
The Vivo X Fold+ body is identical to Vivo X Fold body. The device rear panel features a large rectangular island module that houses a circular camera sensor setup and other necessary sensors like the LED flash. The front of the device features a punch hole cutout along with curved edges. Interestingly, the device also features two 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanners as well as an alert slider on the side.
The device main display features a large 8.03 inch AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate, 2K resolution, and a 4:3.5 aspect ratio. The screen also supports HDR10+ and comes with a 113 percent DCI P3 color gamut. While the outer display, sports a 6.53 inch AMOLED display that also supports 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, 100 percent DCI P3 color gamut, and 21:9 aspect ratio as well. The phone can be folded at different angles including 30, 90, and 120 degrees.
The device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with UFS 3.1 512GB internal storage and LPDDR5 RAM of 12GB. For interface, the device come pre-installed with OriginOS Ocean based on Google's Android 12 OS.
For photography, the device features a quad camera setup on the rear that comprises of a 50MP main camera with support for OIS pair with a 48 megapixel ultra wide sensor, a 12 megapixel, and a 8 megapixel periscopic telephoto lens. The device front display (both internal and outernal display) features a 16 megapixel sensor for selfie and video recording.
The device is powered by a 4,730mAh battery capacity with supports for 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
The Vivo X Fold will be available for a price tag of 9,999 Yuan for 12GB/256GB while the 12GB/512GB will goes for 10,999 yuan, and it will be available in Sunny Mountain Blue, Sycamore Ash, and Huaxia Red colour options.
