Movies coming out this August

To the movie lovers, every month is something to look forward to as there will be new interesting movies being released. This August is no exception as there are movies to thrill and entertain viewers.

The Beast


When Dr. Nate Daniels decided to take a trip to South Africa with his daughters, it was for them to get healing as he had just lost a wife and his kids, a mother.

They stayed with an old family friend at a game reserve. Their stay became chaotic when a lion that had survived from the hands of poachers set out to kill any human in its path, seeing them as enemies.

They had to fight back so as to survive. Idris Elba played the lead role in this action flick.

Cave Rescue


This is a true life story about a soccer team trapped in a cave system for 18 days because of rising floodwater in Thailand.

With the help of a cave diver, the search for these young boys was set in motion in order to rescue them.

The Invitation


After a young lady received an invitation for a destination wedding, she attended it without knowing what awaits her. She got there, only to discover some horrific event going on.

She realized then, that it is not every couple invitation that is what it is, some have an agenda that is dark.

Tin Can


The story revolves around a scientist who was set to discover a cure for a plague that was life threatening in this horror-thriller.

She woke up in a metal chamber without any clue of how she got in there in the first place. She has to do everything in her power to escape and save what was left of the world.

Day Shift


To his daughter, he portrays a lifestyle of a simple man who wants to give her a good life by doing a menial job of cleaning pool, but that is not who he really is.

The pool job was only a cover up for his real job which he does not want her to know about.

Samaritan



After Samaritan had a fallout with his rival Nemesis and was ruled dead due to the fire that engulfed the warehouse where they fought, a little boy still hoped that he was alive and was his quiet neighbor.

The little boy decided to make it his duty to convince his mysterious neighbor to help save the city that was becoming unsafe because of the rise in crime.

Sylvester Stallone played the role of Samaritan, a superhero in the movie.

My Favorite Girlfriend


Love comes with a price for Conrad as his new girlfriend, Molly, has multiple personalities.

Now, each of these personalities has different traits which he finds lovely. His life that was well arranged started spiraling into a rollercoaster.
