iQOO Unveils iQOO 10 Series

iQOO held a launch event today in China where they unveiled the much awaited iQOO 10 series, the successor to last year iQOO 9 series. The series comprise of the base model iQOO 10 and iQOO 10 Pro.

The iQOO 10 series features a 6.78-inch AMOLED screens that has a 120Hz refresh rate. With the base model using an FHD+ resolution while the Pro model features a QHD panel with curved edges.

Powering both models is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with an up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. For interface, the device come pre-installed with OriginOS based on Android 12 OS.

For optics, the base model iQOO 10 rear features a triple camera set-up which consists a 50MP sensor accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 12MP telephoto unit, while the Pro model utilise a 50MP main sensor accompanied by a 50 ultra-wide sensor and a 14.6MP telephoto unit. Both the model utilise a 16MP front sensor for selfie and video recording.

The iQOO 10 packs a 4,700mAh battery capacity with support for 120W wired fast charging while the Pro model packs a 4,550mAh battery with support for a massive 200W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

The iQOO 10 will retail for a price tag of 3,699 Yuan ($548), 3,999 Yuan ($593), 4,299 Yuan ($637) and 4,699 yuan for 8GB/128 GB, 8GB/256GB storage, 12GB/256GB and a 12GB/512GB storage options respectively.

The iQOO 10 Pro model will be available in 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB configurations. These are priced at 4,999 yuan ($741), 5,499 yuan ($815), and 5,999 yuan ($889) respectively.
