Infinix Nigeria held an Infinix Note 12 VIP Experience Launch in Nigeria where they unveiled the much awaited Infinix Note 12 Series. The Infinix Note 12 Series is made up of Infinix Note 12(G96), Note 12 (G88) and the Note 12 VIP.
In attendance at the launch event is the Infinix Brand ambassador, some key tech enthusiasts in Nigeria, Nollywood actors and Infinix Nigeria employees.
Infinix Nigeria lay more emphasis on the Note 12 VIP more than the other iteration of Note 12 as its stand as the premium one among the three launched device.

The Infinix Note 12 VIP features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that produces a Full HD+ resolution. It carries support for a 20:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, 10-bit colors, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut. The company claims that it offers a 93.1 percent screen-to-body ratio.
The Note 12 VIP is powered by MediaTek Helio G96 chipset paired with an 8 GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage. The device support Memory Fusion Technology which means you can add additional 5GB RAM to your device making it up to 13GB of RAM. It also supports Micro SD Card slot with up to 2TB external memory.
For interface, the device come pre-installed with Infinix XOS 10.6 based on Google's Android 12 OS.
The device is powered by a 4,500mAh battery capacity which is a dual battery (this is common among gaming smartphone and helps in making the phone to be charge up easily without taking longer time) that supports 120W Hyper Charge technology. Infinix said that it can top up the device from 0% to 100% in 17 minutes. When it's fully charged, the device can stay up to 32 days on standby, offers 8 hours of non stop gaming and 7.7hrs of YouTube video streaming.
According to Infinix, the Note 12 VIP and its charger are equipped with 103 protection features and there are 18 temperature sensors inside the device. Even after 800 charge cycles, its battery will retain 85 percent of its capacity. In addition, the Note 12 VIP is fitted with 9 layers of graphene and a vapor chamber for heat dissipation.
For photography, the Note 12 VIP rear panel offers a triple camera set-up which houses a 108MP main sensor accompany by a 13MP ultrawide camera, and 2MP sensor, a laser autofocus system, and a quad-LED flash unit. While the front camera utilise a 16MP camera sensor for taking selfie and video recording. The cinematic features help you capture video that would have a cinema effects.
The Infinix Note 12 VIP comes equipped with dual X-axis linear motor. And the Note 12 VIP measures 7.89mm in thickness, making its lightweight and easy to operate.
The Infinix Note 12 VIP is available at price tag of ₦199,900, and it comes in Cayenne Grey and Force Black colours options.
