Kanye West ex Kim Kardashian buys $6.3M home between her ex properties!! Kanye Always family

Kim Kardashian is expanding her property portfolio in her own neighborhood, after splashing out on a $6.3million home directly beside her own Hidden Hills mansion.

The 4,230 square-feet house is nestled between her home and the property that her ex-husband Kanye West bought in a bid to be closer to the four children they share together; North, sight, Saint, six, Chicago, four and Psalm, three.

While it could be a new love nest for her and boyfriend Pete Davidson, the purchase is more likely to be Kim looking to expand on her own custom-built home that sits directly next door.

Kim is said to have paid $800K over the asking price in order to snag the home, making sure she was not outbid by a potential new neighbor, according to the New York Post.

However, the chintzy-looking house may not be standing for long, as Kim could be plotting to completely tear it down and start afresh, as she is known for doing.

Photos of the home she a somewhat outdated interior that couldn't be more different from the ultra-modern home that Kim has shown to fans on her Instagram.
