Shortly after some lawyers indicate interest in backing up the two arrested alleged killers of Deborah Samuel, who was murdered some days ago in Sokoto. The Sokoto police command has finally declared prime suspects wanted for murder.
The young man in question acknowledged in the video that went viral that he was the one who set Deborah on fire with the matchbox he was holding.
Recall that the investigation and the hearing on her alleged killers are still going on, which almost led to another disaster after a group of supporters came in their hundreds to oppose the arrest of the two suspects in police detention.
After the governor intervened and pleaded, it is now up to the police and the court to decide their faith, after the ostensibly peaceful protest devolved into shooting and the burning of properties. The prime suspect who's on the run has been said to be foreigner from Niger republic, who came to Nigeria illegally
