Georgina Rodriguez  has revolutionized Instagram this weekend by posting some pictures of her latest daughter with  Manchester United  footballer  Cristiano Ronaldo.

Some precious images in which the little girl sleeps peacefully in her crib and that in a few hours add more than two million 'likes'.

But in addition the model has also revealed the name of the little girl. "Bella Esmeralda", wrote Georgina, announcing the name she and the Portuguese star have decided to give the baby.
