My 5 Favorite Female Celebrity Look At The Met Gala 2022

The 2022 Met Gala, otherwise known as the First Monday in May, is back once again! Held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, A-list celebrities descended upon the red carpet in celebration of the museum’s new exhibition, “In America: Anthology Of Fashion,” which will serve as an exploration of American fashion.

We saw many actors, models, singers, and designers in attendance bring their fashion A-game this evening. After all, the Met Gala has a long history of creating memorable outfits that are seen around the globe
and this year was certainly no different.

Here are my 5 best looks at this year's Gala

1: My number goes to Cardi b.

Cardi B had one of the most elaborate red carpet entrances when she showed up in a striking look by Versace—with a Barocco print-wrapped convertible to match. It was a total head-to-toe commitment to a look that, frankly, the Met Gala deserves. To quote her own song, Cardi was quite literally “dripping ” in gold and crystals, as even the neckline and arms were also fully stacked-up.

2: Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani gives a lesson in wearing vibrant colors for the biggest night in fashion. The “Hollaback Girl” singer attended the 2022 Met Gala last night in New York City and sauntered onto the red carpet, where she posed boldly in an eye-catching look.

3: Hailey Bieber

The starlet is known for her simple and minimalistic choice in fashion and she chose just that for the Met Gala as she walked the red carpet in a satin silk white gown from the shelves of Yves Saint Laurent. 

4: Sydney Sweeney

Euphoria star Sydney Sweeney pulled off a dramatic reveal while attending her first-ever Costume Institute benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Manhattan on Monday. It was a big 'princess' moment for Sydney, whose inspiration was 'grunge meets glamour.'

5: Gigi Hadid

Gigi Hadid strikes again on the Met Gala red carpet with a bold look. Never one to shy away from a sartorial moment, the model dazzled spectators in an ensemble that was equal parts seductive and spectacular in volume. She donned a Versace outfit. A boned burgundy corset was worn over a skin-tight latex jumpsuit, with an enormous silk puffer jacket tossed on top for good measure. Gigi completed the look with a pair of striking knee-high leather boots and matching jewels around her neck.
