Will Smith punching Chris Rock in the face is no news anymore. The American comedian joked about Will’s wife Jaden Pinkett Smith during Oscars 2022 and he received a blow in the face by the Oscar winner. Chris Rock commented on Jada Pinkett Smith’s hair, calling her GI Jane 2. Her husband, Will Smith, didn’t take it well and punched the comedian on the stage. Back in 2016, Chris had yet again taken digs at both Will and Jada during the Oscars. What had happened exactly? Prior to the Academy Awards, Jada had stated that she would not attend the ceremony due to the lack of diversity among nominees. In a monologue, Chris took a dig at Jada and said, “Jada got mad, said she’s not coming. Jada boycotting the Oscars is like me boycotting Rihanna’s panties. I wasn’t invited.”

Will wasn’t spared too. In 2016, Will didn’t receive a nomination for Concussion. Chris joked about Will and had said, “It’s not fair that Will was this good and didn’t get nominated’.
