Chelsea credit cards temporarily frozen/How can a Club function without Money? This is Injustice

English bank Barclays has frozen Chelsea's accounts and temporarily suspended their credit cards due to the sanctions imposed by the UK Government on the club's owner, Roman Abramovich.
Chelsea can neither sign new players nor extend the contracts of any member of their squad. In addition, they will not be allowed to make profit from sales of merchandising and tickets.
The club received special permission from the UK government to continue operating and paying their employees, pending confirmation on whether Barclays can allow Chelsea to withdraw money without breaching UK sanctions.
This has left Chelsea in a very delicate situation, as many of the club's employees are not allowed to use their Barclays cards, in addition to the fact that the club can't pay salaries as they don't have access to those accounts.
Chelsea are confident that the situation will improve soon and believe that the government will allow them to negotiate the sale of the club in the near future.
The Blues beat Norwich City 3-1 on Thursday and will face Newcastle United at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, this being the first home game since the restrictions were imposed.
As ruled by the UK government, Chelsea will only be able to spend 500,000 pounds on catering, security and cleaning for home games, in addition to the fact that only season ticket holders and those who bought tickets before March 10 will be able to attend.
I think the UK Government are after Chelsea as a Club not just the owner..Lets say no to injustice...
