To maintain the basic order of the community and create a pluralistic, positive and upward community atmosphere, we hope that everyone can abide by the community convention consciously and jointly maintain the community communication environment.

1. Core Basic Principles

1) Create valuable content

- Publish 'useful', 'helpful' and 'quality' content that help others and yourself.

2) Be kind and respectful

- Respect different views. Do not attack or deliberately disparage other users or their contents.

2. What to Avoid in the Community?

The community may delete the offending content, suspend or terminate the function of the offending user account, and deal with the following illegal, undesirable information or harmful behaviours.

1) Violation of laws and regulations

2) Releasing of junk advertising information

3) Posting, displaying and uploading pornographic and vulgar contents

4) Abusing product functions to affect user experience, endanger the platform's security and damage the rights and interests of others.

3. Rules for Handling Illegal Information

The community finds violation information by taking the initiative to discover and accept users' reports. Once reported or uncovered, the platform will adopt the following treatment according to the seriousness of the case.

1) Delete the contents violating the rules.

2) Permanently ban the account.

3) Investigate the severe case for legal responsibility.

4. Rights and Interests of Users

1) Users who accept the Boomplay Music Terms and Conditions and this Convention and successfully use the Community Boombuzz, their user names and statements shall not violate the community rules. The community shall not protect the rights and interests of members who violate community rules.

2) The community shall protect the privacy of users. The community takes strict measures to ensure users' private information. The community shall not disclose users' data and other confidential information unless they consent by community rules.

3) Any rights and interests of users shall not affect the same rights and interests of other users.
