On the post, I shared a few scientific-anatomical terms that may have gone above our heads.
1. Greater and Less Omenta
Greater and Lesser Omenta (singular: Omentum) are layers of fat above the intestines and underneath the sheath-covering of the rectus abdominus muscles.
NB: The rectus abdominus muscles are muscular make-ups known as the "six-pack muscles", which is quite common to the English speakers.
2. Plagues of Fat
Accumulation of fat drops in the blood vessels is called Plague. They more they accumulate in a blood vessel, the lesser the free flow of blood in such vessel. The image shows a blood vessel affected by a plague of fat droplets. The yellow portion of the image is the overtime accumulation of fats. Very deadly!
To avoid any future problem such as this, it is advisable to consume food low on calories, fats or sugar. Avoid food high in cholesterol. They can be very lethal. Exercise daily to help regulate free-flow of blood in the body.
