The Reason Why “Rudeboy” Paul Okoye’s Wife Anita Filed For A Divorce (See Why)

According to Vanguard, the 7-year old marriage of Paul Okoye, one half of defunct music duo P Square popularly known as Rude boy and his entrepreneur wife, Anita Okoye has crashed as the latter files a petition for a divorce.

Details surrounding the crash of the marriage came from the leak of the official petition for the divorce which cited “irreconcilable differences” as the basis of the irretrievable break down of the marriage.
The news of their pending divorce comes as a massive shock to both families and their close friends.

Paul and Anita got married in 2014 after dating for 10 years and they both had three beautiful children.

A source close to the couple confirmed that both parties will proceed amicably with the legal resolution and be the best co-parents in the interest of their children.

The source also said that Paul and Anita have always been very good friends and like every couple they have had issues for a while but plan to remain on good terms and keep the friendship they have always had since their days as university students.

Paul Okoye is currently on a press tour _ while Anita has moved to the United States where she is working on her masters degree as a graduate student.

Irreconcilable differences technically means that an individual and their spouse cannot get along with one another enough to keep the marriage alive, and this lack of getting along can cause a whole array of other issues in the marriage.

And when seeking a divorce, a spouse may file for either an “at-fault divorce or a “no-fault divorce”. Stating irreconcilable differences as the grounds for divorce is considered to be a no-fault divorce, meaning that neither spouse is accusing the other of wrongdoings that led to the marriage’s end.

In other words, Paul and Anita divorce, is a peaceful one. Not like that of Tonto and her 40 seconds husband.

P-Square Disbandment ?

According to Wiki, P-Square is the defunct music duo consisting of the twin brothers, Peter Okoye and Paul Okoye. On November 2017, numerous media outlets reported that the group disbanded.

Reports about a breakup surfaced after Peter reportedly sent a termination letter to the group’s lawyer. Prior to this report, the duo disbanded in 2016, supposedly over a disagreement about the role of their manager.

My Thoughts

So it is safe to say that Paul was the problem and the reason why Psquare disbanded? Not Peter?

Because someone who cannot settle with his twin brother and couldn’t keep his family together, definitely have attitude problem.
