Yvonne Nelson Warns Women Against Slimming Teas And Waist Trainers

Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson has dished out advice to all 21st-century women. Her advice bordered on the use of waist trainers and slimming tea.

The actress in her tweet stated that slimming tea and waist trainers won’t give anyone a snatched body.

Her concern stemmed from the health implications of such products to women today who eagerly seek solutions to land a ‘snatched waist’.

According to Yvonne Nelson, women should stop allowing companies and influencers to fool them, explaining that a snatched body can come from a doctor, one’s mum, or the gym.
