Sarkodie Spins His Tribute Into A Rap Performance at Gabby Otchere-Darko’s Father's Funeral
Award-winning rapper Sarkodie, also known as Michael Owusu Addo, put up a little performance at Gabby Otchere-Darko's father’s funeral.
The artist was able to make the gathering a bit lively as he paid his tribute with the skill he knows best; rap.
Gabby's father, Barima Okyere Boateng was laid to rest on Saturday, July 3, 2021, with a significant number of personalities paying their last respects at the gathering.
Instead of reading his tribute like regular folks, the rapper channeled his rap dexterity in his speech to weave his tribute into a song with the help of a backing choir.
Dressed in an all-black outfit, the rapper spun some words on the “Oye”, after the choir had sung the first verse.
