If there’s a celebrity who has gone under the knife and is not afraid to say it, then it’s popular Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh.

The mother of one went under the knife some time ago to get her desired body and she cannot have enough of it.

Tonto Dikeh shared a throwback photo showing her body before she had plastic surgery and a recent one taken after surgery to show her transformation.

While some celebrities have secretly gone under the knife to enhance their bodies, Tonto Dikeh has been very vocal about her journey and even shares details about plastic surgeon online.

In a new Instagram post showing off her amazing body in comparison to her body before, Tonto questioned the naysayers of plastic surgery.
