I am a Texas-based, Ghana-raised rapper and songwriter with a content-bias for mental health. As a pharmacist, and a student in addiction research, I am employing storytelling in rap to dissect the everyday socio-cultural and psychological connections to the science of mental health . I am creatively leveraging my skills in photography and media to increase the relatability of my music. My debut EP, “5foot3”, since it’s release in 2022, has become a mantra for perfect imperfections and was one of the most discussed EPs in the past year. Drawing attention to my style of artistry, my penmanship earned me the “Hunukane EP of the year and a performance slot at Manifestivities 2022 after winning the Clean and Pure challenge. My dream is to be able to make a difference in people‘s lives through my art and my science.
