Jackson Ngechu Makini professionally known as CMB Prezzo is a Kenyan rapper, songwriter and entrepreneur. In 2012, Prezzo was casted as one of the contestants in Big Brother Africa (Season 7) reality television show where he finished as the first runners up.

He is also a series regular on the popular Nairobi Diaries Kenyan television show. Aside from his music Prezzo is also well known for his exuberant lifestyle full of sport cars, gold chains, and designer wear which gets him a lot of attention.

CAREER
Prezzo embarked on his music career in the early 2000s being credited for his role in revolutionizing the Kenya and the East African Music industry. He released his debut album titled ‘Naleta Action’ in 2004 which spawned several hit songs including; Let’s Get Down, Naleta Action, Mimi na Wewe, Mafans and Leo ni Leo.

Prezzo founded his own Record Label titled the Cash Money Brother (CMB) under which he signed Nazizi and the late Feroze Hirji. The CMB label went on to produce the top hits that dominated local airwaves facing stiff competition from the rival labels Ogapo Deejays and Calif Records in the early 2000s.
