Joseph Kweku Abaka Amamoo, popularly known as M3dal in music circles from Ghana and beyond, is a musician and song writer born on the 9th of October 1991 in Dansoman, a suburb of Accra where he begun his basic schooling. He moved further to study Visual Arts in Mfantsipim School, located in Cape Coast. M3dal which means "Making Every Decision A Legacy" became his stage name during his early years in Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (K.N.U.S.T) where he studied and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Industrial Art. On the path of achieving his music goals, M3dal worked as an assistant at the Mixdown Studios in Osu, owned by Ghanaian Rapper C-Real alongside colleagues like E.L, Jtown and more. His dedication and zeal to acquire music knowledge made him familiar amongst most Ghanaian artistes which led to recording songs with other major acts. M3dal has been an habitual name ever since and has writing credits to many songs and radio ads across and beyond Ghana. In 2019, He collaborated with Kwesi Arthur, Fameye and Sitso to give us a banger titled ‘Pay’ which became one of M3dal’s biggest songs, recording over thousands of streams on several platforms till date. The “No gidigidi” slang owner in February 2022, dished out a live EP called “Live & Colored” which was recorded with a five-piece band at the CUE music studios, Executive produced by Peewezel. M3dal’s growth into becoming a live performer gave his fans and all music lovers chill and has ever since become a trustworthy source of good music and Talent.
