The 20 years old, hailing from Nima& Suburb in Accra. Frequency was born and raised in a family of 7. He is the last of 5 children, 3 males and 2 females. He had his primary & JHS Education at St.Kizito Catholic School at Nima after which he enrolled in Asamankese Senior High School in theEastern Region and completed at Teachers Experimental Senior High. He was unable to further his education due to poor financial background. Life became tougher after his dad got hit by Glaucaoma six months before his death. His Mum, Rosina Sakyi is a petty trader who sells towels. His late dad, Mr. Emmanuel Yaw Gyeke Ampofo was a photographer of profession but had a passion for Music. He was a big insipiration to him, daddy’s dream was to become a musician, he loved to sing and play the guitar. Frequency got a lot of recognition due to his unique style, storytelling abilities, humour, attitude and vibe. He focuses more on truth and reality in his songs.
