Born in Kaduna, Wichyskills' roots stretch deep into the Nigerian soil. Raised in the eclectic atmosphere of Abuja, he discovered his affinity for lyrical prowess and music production at a young age. While the world might have labeled him a mere apprentice learning Carpentry, behind closed doors, he was honing his skills as a songwriter and recording artist, planting the seeds of what would soon become his passion.
Wichyskills' journey gained an early boost when he led the musical ensemble '3nity.' As he navigated the music scene, his growth was multifaceted – from composing heartfelt lyrics to honing his carpentry craft. The years between 2009 and 2015 marked his artistic evolution, as he recorded tracks, completed his apprenticeship, and even earned a National Diploma in Computer Science from Federal Polytechnic Idah.
In 2015, Wichyskills took a leap of faith, departing from the conventional career path to birth his furniture brand. This move was fueled by a desire to regain control over his time and refuel his connection with his true love – music. A year later, he stepped into the realm of professional music, where he seamlessly merged his experiences as a carpenter with his musical aptitude.
The pinnacle of Wichyskills' musical journey arrived with the release of his debut album, '7daysAweek,' in 2020. This magnum opus showcased his eclectic style and featured collaborations with acclaimed artists such as Erigga, Blaqbonez, and B.O.C.
