Maxim magazine has crowned R&B songstress atop of its annual list of the Sexiest Women Alive. She is a wife and mother of two sons.
At 30 years old, Teyana Taylor is now the first Black woman to be named 'Sexiest Woman Alive'. The 'Coming To America' star did not expect the great news and she took to Social media to express the excitement.
"Somebody pinch me! Maxim Hot 100 to be named 'Sexiest Woman Alive' by literally living in the skin I'm in. Wow, stepping back in front of the lens has been a journey of self-reflection and self confidence. Living up to the name and title of this shoot wholeheartedly made me nervous" she captioned her photo.
The entrepreneur, dancer, model and R&B singer will appear on the July/August 2021 issue of Maxim magazine.
Taylor is a modern woman who serves as creative director of fashion company Pretty Little Thing where she works to shape the current vision of the brand.
She also serves as a video director under the bame 'Spike Tey' having created videos for Monica, Queen Naija and Macy Gray. She starred in Kanye West's 'Fade' video which garnered her international attention.
