It's the third week of September and I may be late sharing this news but better late than never.
In dating culture, it's more common for men to take charge when it comes to asking a woman for a date, planning it and even paying for it. In fact, there are many women who would rather wear the same outfit for the whole month if they had to pick between doing that than taking a man they fancy on a date or spending money on them instead of the other way round.
