Naomi Lucas is passionate about using creativity to drive personal, organizational and social change. She is the founder and CEO – Eclat, a boutique firm and critical force behind some of the most impactful creative projects in Nigeria.
In the last decade, Naomi has spent 20,000+ hours managing projects for major corporations. She managed the PR account for Coca-Cola Nigeria; worked with HDI Youth Marketeers as the pioneer lead for client service and operations - a role that saw her managing the company’s Procter & Gamble West Africa account; recruiting, training and leading over a hundred and twenty people to reach a million girls every year through experiential activations in 4,500+ schools across 32 states within the country.
