Boondocks Gang

Boondocks Gang is a Kenyan music group that comprises of 4 members, 3 musicians namely Exray Aka Bobby, Odi wa Murang'a Aka Frank, Maddox Aka Edward and a Dj.The group was created back in 2018 where the 3 met in Githurai, Nairobi, Kenya and the three are credited for being among pioneers of gengetone music in Kenya.

Many of Boondocks Gang Songs became very popular and trendy on social media in line with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay.

Career
In 2018, the group released 'Rieng' which was a massive hit but the 'Rieng' remix featuring Vdj Jones, Kristoff and Rankadda made them more famous. After that, the group proceeded to release hits after hits with top artistes.

Achievements
In 2019, Boondocks Gang inked a deal with Black Market Records and has produced several songs under the label. The group recently made headlines after they featured in Bahati's 'Taniua' a gospel song.

Other than Bahati, the group has also worked with Wakali Wao, Ethic, Magix Enga among others.

Well their career has not been that successful so to say but they have achieved some great things over the 3 years in industry before the wave failed.
