Eko Dydda

Eko Dydda famously known for his unique singing style “Stagger” in Kenyan gospel hip hop music. Many of Eko Dydda’s songs become very popular and trendy online with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay.

He was born and raised in the Eastland side of Nairobi which is commonly referred to as the Eastlando and just like many of us have a story behind our success, this sensational Gospel artiste has a story to narrate especially in relation to soccer and his music.

Eko Dydda’s passion while growing up was playing soccer but branched out to music in his teen years after discovering his talent in songwriting and rhyme schemes. He began creating music in his hometown of Eastleigh.

CAREER
Dydda's big break came in 2007 after capturing the attention of established gospel singer Holy Dave whom he worked with on the hit record ‘Niko na Reason’ This same song was a huge success and ushered Eko Dydda into mainstream popularity.
