Acute Mind

Polish prog-rock band Acute Mind is coming back with a new record. The album released by OSKAR Record Label is entitled “Under the Empty Sky”. It has been a decade since the premiere of their debut album and the musicians decided to meet again, in a bit changed line-up, to finally arrange and record their ideas which have been arising for the past few years. The effect of their work is the second album in the band's achievements entitled “Under the Empty Sky”. The album contains 9 original compositions maintained in prog-rock and prog-metal style. The author of the majority of the songs is the bassist andand the founder of the band Arkadiusz Piskorek and all the recordings have been made in MAJART Studio under the watchful eye of the guitarist and the lead singer Marek Majewski. The song promoting the album is “Under the Empty Sky” whose lyric video can be watched on the band’s YouTube channel. The premiere of the new record took place on 3rd July 2020. The date is not random as on that day there was planned the 14th Tomasz Beksiński Progressive Rock Festival. For the obvious reasons the event was put off and the day of the release of the album is the band’s compliments to all the fans who were going to take part in the festival.
