King Monada

Khutso Steven Kgatle, better known by his stage name King Monada, is a South African singer, songwriter, and record producer. Many of King Monada's Songs became very popular and trendy on social media in line with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay. He rose to fame after the release of his 2016 single "Ska Bhora Moreki" and "Malwedhe" (2018), which peaked #9 iTunes Chart and #54 Apple Music Chart. He is known for singing in the Khelobedu language, which are local dialects of Northern Sotho. Ex yaka.

Career
Khutso Steven Kgatle,was born in Ga-Lekhotho, Tzaneen in Limpopo. Monada has two brothers and two other siblings. He attended the Sebone Primary School and Magoza High School and dropped out in Grade 8 to pursue his career in music. On 9 November 2018, "Malwedhe" was released and voted #2 on Ukhozi FM Song Of The Year. Monada is now currently on the charts after the release of his single«ex yaka» on the 30th September 2021 Dzena mo also put Monada on the map from November 30, 2020. He is married to Lerato Ramawela and Cynthia Nthebatse Leon.

Achievements
King Monada has had such a fruitful career through bagging awards and receiving accolades through his journey. He won the 2018 LIMA awards for Best Khelobedu single, Song of the year and Best duo/Group collaboration. In 2020, he also won the Dstv MVCA awards for Favourite Music Artist/Group.
