ZENESOUL, an R&B/ Neosoul artist from Brampton, is on a mission to take listeners through pages of her melodic book. With textures of R&B, Soul, Gospel and Nigerian traditional music ZENESOUL uses her soft- timbre and soulful voice to tell her stories. Inspired by artists such as Lauryn Hill, India Arie, and Jill Scott; Zenesoul transports listeners into a deep trance with her lyrics, the clarity of her voice and the use of simple instrumentals. She began writing lyrics at the age of 11 years and as a result is able to create music in various genres. Being that she is from Nigeria, ZENESOUL frequently releases upbeat Afro-Beats vibes for her fans to represent happiness even through the rough times. In March 2019, she released her first EP titled WORTH. which included the tragic ballad, Lost, and fiery up-beat hit pricey. She is currently working on a project that will be released middle of the year and will begin releasing singles from the project soon....more
