formerly Rythmz is a Cameroonian music group. The group consists of two artists, Phillbill and K Master K.
Ridimz is a Cameroonian music duo composed of Diyani Bill Munyenge, beatmaker better known as Phillbill or Dianee en, and Fongap Etienne Nkeng, arranger, better known as K Master K or Kezzy. The group was created in 2008 in Buea and was at its creation made up of 3 members (Diannee, Kezzy and Flamez).
Many Ridimz songs become very popular and trendy online with a great number of streaming and downloads on Boomplay.
Career
The group began to compose their own titles in 2010. The band's very first hit single titled Honeymoon was released in 2013 on their No Hitz No Recordz label and helped the trio gain recognition on the local music scene. Flamez, renamed Dr. Nkeng Stephens, now a renowned director and filmmaker, left the group very early to devote himself to video production.
In 2015, the duo Rythmz collaborated with the Cameroonian group X-Maleya on the successful title Dancia. The duo joined the stable of the XM Music label founded by the X-Maleya group and released the single Madame tout le monde in collaboration with the singer Mr Leo, which allowed Ridimz to establish its notoriety.
Rythmz signed under the Label Empire Company label in 2017 and presented the title Boboloh, followed a few months by the song Tobassi, which also enjoyed some success. The duo participates in the Power project initiated by the Empire label. The band released their first EP titled Addiction in May 2018. The duo left the Empire Company label in 2019.
In November 2019, the group changed its name from Rythmz to Ridimz and re established their label No Hitz No Records under a new label called Shaba Musik.
